Top Star Taking More Time Off?, Sin Cara Wins a Title, Joey Ryan on WWE Job

- Rey Mysterio was not at this week’s WWE RAW or SmackDown tapings.

- Independent wrestler Joey Ryan continues to post on social media about his recent dealings with WWE. He wrote the following this week:

“In August, William Regal brought up the idea of me moving to FL to be a NXT trainer at the Performance Center but I want to wrestle still so I did the tryout instead. I’d rather have Regal’s respect and recognition than anybody else in the WWE.”

- The original Sin Cara won the vacant Baja Stars Middleweight Title on March 1st in Tijuana, Mexico. There are new pieces of Sin Cara merchandise in Mexico so promotions and Cara himself are going forward with the idea that he owns the name.
